How far can you go with being intimate with someone you just met? Are you cool with the first base system or you don’t mind breaking the rules sometimes? Does silence mean consent to you? Does provocative dressing mean ‘come get me’? How is the best way to say no? These, and more were the topics of debate on the first episode of Real Talk Season II.
The Ndani TV show returns with an interesting first appearance hosted by Nicole Asinugo and featuring four vibrant and opinionated Nigerians in the entertainment industry.
Lola Adamson, who is a Publicist and talent manager spoke very intelligently about what should be done and said in a sexual compromising situation. She was objective in her analogy, stating that both genders are prone to sexual victimization.
DJ Obi on the other hand emphasized on dressing and how it effects sexual advances in relation to harassment and rape. While Nollywood actress, Beverly Naya talked about women knowing their worth, photographer and blogger, Eniola Abumere concurred to DJ Obi’s opinion to an extent that people’s dressing determines how others relate with them.
What do you think about this? Other Nigerians were asked randomly on the streets about the various issues raised during the show and this is what they said.
